Something is wrong with this Asus Chromebook. It does not contain a password. Every time you try to log in to a workbook, you'll have to create a new password, even if you logged in just a few minutes ago. This is very frustrating. In addition, there are two cameras, one at the top of the screen and the other on the right elbow. I can't get the top one to work. I stand on my head during a Zoom call because the camera on your elbow works but the one above doesn't. I went to the Asus website to find out how to fix this problem. Couldn't get a good answer. This is my second Asus Chromebook, no problem. Ordered this for my husband. Nothing but problems. It was sold to my My Novaway. They said it was new but I don't think so. Please see if I can exchange it for another one or allow me to return this one on credit. Thank you for your attention. Rebecca
