Clever design. Easy to assemble - and just as easy to disassemble. The hard case allows you to use the clip on your iPad's gooseneck without worrying about the clip damaging the edge of your iPad. (I use one to scan music to PDF - problem now solved.) Two cons (no problems): *tilt in portrait mode *digital pencil clip I use this in rehearsals where both features would be excellent.
