We bought our Triad without even thinking about customer service after reading the reviews. I really liked it and everything was fine for the first few months. One afternoon during transport, the external power supply slipped out of the device and it stopped working. After reading the negative reviews, I was concerned that my $1,000. The investment would be a maintenance issue. We contacted them and they sent us two different power adapters hoping that was the problem. Unfortunately it didn't work so we had to repackage it (we kept the original packaging) and send it to them. From the day they received it, we are in constant contact with them. In less than a week it was repaired and sent back to us. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'm very happy to get it back. In the short time he has worked in my home, I have noticed a difference in my allergies. We just got it back and I'm looking forward to no pollen in my house.
