Super happy. Best in Body Pillows

Gave it a 5 star rating, although I think it could improve in every category and I'll tell you why. As a firm neck pillow, it met my expectations. Shapes and supports accordingly. Yes, it could be a little tighter, but it doesn't seem to be working well. Not too soft where it flattens out. The beads provide good support and keep the head in place. Not wide enough or stiff enough to support the knee so if that's what you're looking for it's not the right fit but perfect for my purpose. Pure neck support and strength. There is no smell from the pillow, actually a pleasant smell. Super happy with the purchase.
