I am pleased with these exhaust tips, bought two as I have a 2003 Accord V6. The fit is quite tight, I decided to just use the screw, I'm sure I could trim it down a bit as it's long. It only turned a little, so I held the lock lightly in case it came loose during movement. And if you're worried that the screw lock won't come loose, you can simply saw off the screw to remove it. And be careful when tightening, the screw is so small it can break if you over tighten it. It's not something that can be repaired at Home Depot for a few dollars or less. I would recommend buying the big ones that DSY sells if you want the big ones. This is slightly smaller than the stock tips that come with the 2003 Acckrd Coupe V6.
