This bag is well made. It's soft on the outside. The inside is nicely lined. It has enough pockets to be useful without going overboard with pockets. There is one open pocket on the front and sides, one zippered back pocket and two zippered main pockets. There are two pockets for lipstick, lip balm and other things of about the same size in the front main zippered pocket, and there is a small inner zippered pocket in the back main zippered pocket (perfect for female products). My favorite feature is the strap. design (picture). When you just buckle it up, it makes a nice long strap that you can wear over the shoulder or crossbody. If you thread it through the loop and then clip it in the perfect spot to clip, it's ok for the shoulder but perfect for wearing on the inside of your elbow. I hope the photos I have provided will help you see the two strap lengths. Very handy function and easy to switch between them.
