I really like this product. I read other reviews, it's clear they didn't read instructions. As for the reaction, it's not the product's fault. I apply 2 pumps to wet hands and rub them together. The product gets really warm in the palms. Then apply to damp face. Continue in circular motions for 30-45 seconds. If it seems dry, mostly not thick, keep adding more and more warm water. It shouldn't tighten the skin at all. Post everything in and around your face. Feels incredible. I use this product after a day in the pool (I teach) and sunbathing. Lots of sunscreen on your face. First I add butter and then cream. Great price for Revain. And the product comes sealed.
