Review on HindSight G3 by Jason Lockwood

We love that the system is very customizable and flexible. It's incredibly easy to set up and use. The support team is amazing! They are always willing to help you out and will work with you to figure out how best to meet your needs. I wish there were more options for storing media files in the database. Some of our clients want to store videos or audio recordings as an attachment to their records rather than embedding them in the record itself. That would be great! There are many other features I can't think of, but I believe they have addressed all of my issues we've had so far.
