We love that the system is very customizable and flexible. It's incredibly easy to set up and use. The support team is amazing! They are always willing to help you out and will work with you to figure out how best to meet your needs. I wish there were more options for storing media files in the database. I like that it was easy for me to use and set up as well as train my co workers. The interface is not user friendly at all. It's very hard to find things you need or want in there system. Sometimes when we were trying to do something it would take us longer than expected because we didn't know how to navigate through their programs. The best part about hindsight g3 for us was that it made our work easier by allowing one person in charge of monitoring all log files as well as alerting people when something went wrong or happened during an incident which caused downtime etc. We used hind sight since last 3 years now but we have never had any issues related to its working so far.
