When I first ordered this item I received the wrong size. I'm usually cynical about mail order returns/exchanges, but this was great! I received my exchanged item within two weeks and I love the material and size. My only criticism of the product is the velcro closure. My dog easily slips out of a sweater so if you have fabric or know someone I would put buttons or a zipper on it!
