I had a couple of these devices for 1/2 month

I don't know how to rate this item. I got it in record time and plugged two of them into my outlet. I noticed that my electric bill was $16 lower than the same period last year, but that could be due to a number of factors. Gave four starts due to lack of clear evidence of savings. I will give it 5 stars if I see further evidence of undeniable savings.
