Great System with Excellent Customer Service

Jadu is a great tool, that allows us to have real time access to our customer information and to be able to manage all of our customers information in one place. The system is very user friendly and the customer service is excellent. I have not found any features that I dislike. The system is easy to use and very informative.

The only thing that I dislike is that it is not as easy to use as some of the other systems that I have used. Jadu has enabled us to have a very centralised system that allows us to keep track of all of our customers information.

Pros

That everything can happen directly from your CRM without having too many steps between them so when you get an update or notification within jada; its automatically updated inside crm which enables ease for managing data easily with out alot work involved! :) And also helps save lot's money by reducing phone calls etc..etc.:)
