I like that it's easy for small businesses to use as well as large companies with hundreds of truck drivers. It helps us stay organized in our fleet management system by keeping track of everything from mileage tracking to driver time/attendance logs. As far as anything else we don't have issues using this program but there isn't much at fault other than they can improve certain things. If you are looking into an automated way to keep tabs on your entire fleet then look no further. We started out just adding trucks but now add buses also so that it keeps everyone updated about where their equipment is located at any given day.
