I would not recommend it.

The specifications of this watch are not very precise. The only metric I trust is the time. Less than two months after owning the watch, one of the band clasps fell off and I had to buy a new band (starting at $10). The seller promised the group a loan, but I still haven't received it. I would not recommend this watch.
