My husband and I use these on our bike rides and they are barely noticeable. Lightweight and adjustable, they fit both me (150 lbs 6 ft) and him (215 lbs 6 ft 6 in). Sometimes we ride with big backpacks and I can fit mine around the backpack and body. He usually wears his vest over his backpack as it is too tight to put on both his backpack and himself. All in all we can definitely recommend these vests, the reflective material glows bright white in car headlights at night.
