There are no English instructions on the box but I speak fluent Portuguese and if you want to use this as a simple deep conditioner that washes out in 3 minutes you just have to apply it to your hair if you become a regular conditioner, but after squeezing excess water out of hair. If you have a shower cap, cover your hair while the conditioner is in for 3 minutes. When I washed it off my curls were softer and looked more defined. While my hair was still damp, I applied the same brand of leave-in conditioner with cranberry extract. Not only did I have to use half the amount of product I normally use to get the same results, my hair dried out much faster. I washed my hair on Friday and today is Sunday. I haven't done anything to my hair other than tying it up overnight and my curls still feel hydrated and soft and my hair has great elasticity.
