I am a school occupational therapist. Sometimes I like to use a hole punch for different activities to help my students increase their grip strength. Most traditional hand punches require WAY more power than my kindergarten and elementary school kids do. I've tried some decorative punches where you press the button while the punch is on the table and it's difficult for my students to see where to put the paper. This drill was recommended to me by an OT friend and I'm glad I bought it! My students can grab it and squeeze it all the way to punch holes in the paper.
