I like that it is easy to use, and has many features for our needs. It also gives us more control of who can see what information about whom we are working with. The only thing I dislike about this platform is how slow it sometimes works when using it in conjunction with other platforms such as Slack or Zoom. Sometimes it takes several seconds after you send something before they actually receive it. We have found that if someone sends an email directly through Jumppl instead of going through another channel (such as Slack) then it usually goes faster than doing so via Slack. This allows us to continue to communicate effectively without having to wait around while everyone else gets their messages out first. It's very helpful because now we don't have to worry about people not seeing things right away since everything comes straight to them. In addition.
