I have a thyroid problem that causes occasional hair loss and thinning, so I wasn't expecting much from this product. I have been using this product for a few weeks and overall I would say it has been helpful. This slowed the fall a bit and I saw my hair start to grow back, especially around the edges. Full disclosure - I also take evening primrose oil. But the main reason I got this product is to supplement with evening primrose oil and hopefully speed up the process I think it has. I used a full dropper in the morning before work and not before bed. I focus it on areas of severe/moderate hair loss and massage it in. Then I just follow my normal hair care routine. This is definitely something you should stick with for a few weeks to see results, but then you will definitely notice them.
