The pannier has no insulation and both UPS and PO just drop the bags in front of my door. the stones break easily, i would spend 25 cents to protect this 75 stone, the stone is only 10mm thick, it cuts quickly and gives the blade a mirror finish. However, it loads instantly and the feedback is sticky. it splatters and goes, but if you don't dry it and put it on a greasy surface, it warps immediately.
