Review on Qtica Intense Lip Repair Balm by Erica Johnson

I LOVE it! I bought it again after a few years. But I only recently bought it and found that the formula is different. I also noticed that the box I ordered said "Intensive Repair Lip Balm" but the box said "Intensive Therapy Lip Balm". What can you see in this picture. What I didn't order. so i thought i had the wrong article. So I contacted Revane about this. They told me that the manufacturer is in the process of changing the product's name from Intense lip Repair to Therapeutic Balm. Therefore, the product therein may not match the wording on the packaging. I did not know that. They also said that if I buy again I might get the wrong item/box again. But they not only changed the wording, but also the formula. I liked the fact that it was a bit thicker, it would last all night and all day. But now it's thinner and doesn't last all night the way I use it. I use it mostly at night before bed. I would occasionally use it during the day when my lips are very dry. In any case. It's not as thick as before. It's moisturizing and it works well, but not as well as before. I'm not sure I'll buy it again due to the formula change, but I'll use up what I bought.
