Do not have the best in wellness & relaxation pain
This cream has some good points, but the bottom line is that it doesn't relieve back pain. I used it after a day of hiking in terrible conditions. When we got back into the cabin my lower back was telling me I was overdoing it. After showering and toweling off, my wife rubbed the cream into her lower back. It is good that there was no noticeable smell, the cream was rubbed well and did not leave stickiness. Unfortunately, it didn't relieve the pain. I am a difficult client, I have had two lower back surgeries and am still in severe pain. I've found several products that really help and am always on the lookout for new products just in case. I'm afraid I'll skip this one. Hope this helps others.
