Simply put, this mount will not support monitors between 3 and 15 pounds when mounted side-by-side as described. My monitors barely weigh 11 pounds each, and they don't even come close. The side monitors simply sank down until they hit the table. Luckily after reading other reviews I was afraid this might happen so I held them up as they hung down. I've searched the entire mount and there is no way to adjust the hydraulic arm to increase its tension. I was hoping there would be areas of customization that other reviewers missed, but unfortunately I was wrong. no Also, there was a piece missing from the box, so I had to do it myself. (The spacer that fits under the table protection clip) Considering there have been many other reviews saying the same problem and the seller/manufacturer doesn't fix it or correct the listing text, I'd say they're just lying. this point. Revain should step in and at least force the seller to update the listing to show the correct information. This wastes a lot of time and makes the Revain product bad overall. As a result, we lose trust in the platform. I am a shareholder, so this is important to me. I personally wouldn't recommend using this mount unless your monitors weigh 5 pounds. It might work then, but no guarantee.
