It can't be leather and it can't be leather. I use it for agitation and don't expect it to last too long - however, it's literally the only skin tight agitation collar that adjusts to 14-15" (and it's a very tight fit, so keep that in mind). when sizing) that I was able to find without going to a custom order. Received here very quickly and will basically make a decent fill collar for between NOW and when the custom collar is complete. Works in a pinch if you're an impatient owner of one are small working dogs.
