I've only had this camera for a day, but there are definitely a few things I want to consider before buying. First, the flash doesn't always fire. And there is no option to turn on/off. Photographed next to the lamp - without flash. I moved about a meter away and the flash went off. As a result, I got a photo with a light background and two dark figures. It was unsuccessful. Second, for some reason, this camera didn't take photos outdoors at night. I've tried several times. I thought it was defective or broken! And that's only after TWO photos. But I took it inside (and took photos from the lamp/beam) and found the camera worked fine. Third (related to the flash issue): sometimes it's hard to tell if a photo will print or not. When I took it outside at night, it made a distinct clicking sound as if it was about to print. Nothing. I took it in and didn't get a flash, so I assumed the picture didn't print and started adjusting the camera. Then I heard the printer start working. I have a blurry selfie. Fourth, a firmware update is in progress, and you'll need a microSD to get it! I plan to only use this camera for instant photos (even if the photos aren't perfect - bugs and horrible shots will be part of the fun and memories) but I think I'd like the firmware update to have no other issues so i can buy it easy. Those are my doubts. Overall this is a SO pretty camera. I should also note (to my surprise) that the camera does not come with any instructions. It was just a packet with information printed on it like instant photos etc. However, this isn't at all difficult to understand as there are only four buttons. I like the magnetic lens cap. It also comes with a wrist strap. I can't confirm what the photos actually look like unless you print them out and view them on a computer or something, but the printed photos are fine. My sister has a Fujifilm Instax Mini 90 Neo Classic and I think her photos come out better. The color is pleasant and a little more saturated. I've only tried two of the three color settings on the Polaroid Snap and even the full color setting looks a bit dull. I am happy with my purchase and enjoy the camera. Edited: After about a week with this camera and after looking at reviews of other instant cameras and seeing it in action, this one just isn't worth buying. The best thing about it is probably its cute physical aesthetic, but it's disappointing in terms of performance.
