Waste of money: poor quality and terrible setup

I bought this instant camera with rather low expectations. I just wanted something that would give me decent, but not great, instant photos of my young son doing the little daily activities that are so important when a child is growing up. However, this camera produces VERY poor quality images, regardless of the ambient brightness and regardless of the settings used. Printed images are either too light or fuzzy. Compared to the Fujifilm Instax MINI 8, this Polaroid Snap camera performs very well. This is the size of a typical digital camera. So you can put it in your back pocket unlike Instax. But I'll admit the Instax is prettier, more like a traditional camera with better color options. But I think it comes down to more preferences. Snap uses zinc paper. I've only had this camera for a day, but there are definitely a few things I want to consider before buying. First, the flash doesn't always fire. And there is no option to turn on/off. Photographed next to the lamp - without flash. I moved about a meter away and the flash went off. As a result, I got a photo with a light background and two dark figures. It was unsuccessful.
