First off, this little camera is AMAZING! It is of good (enough) quality and has a wide variety and range of images. Before I got my hands on a Polaroid Snap, I did A LOT of research before giving up another option, the Fujifilm instax mini 70. She is perfect for me! I saw the bad reviews and was very scared to get it but in the end I did and I'm glad I did. For your convenience, here's the truth: heads-up, FYI, tips, and (a few) opinions too. PHOTOS ARE NOT PERFECT>>> There are no perfect photos. Make sure you know this before purchasing a snap. It's mostly for fun and not very professional. However, you can always take very good photos. FIRMWARE UPGRADE >>> Get an SD card with Snap. This is especially handy when you're taking a regular photo and don't want to waste paper. You can also get a firmware update with your SD card. This will fix the photobooth mode on most cameras. NO RANDOM SHOT>>> The latest firmware does not allow taking pictures with the lens cover closed, which is VERY convenient in terms of paper saving and SD card storage. VARIETY>>> Snap is a fun camera with lots of options and variety for your shots. It makes the photos really unique and enjoyable. ELEGANT DESIGN >>> Snap is really slim and stylish. It fits in a shirt pocket and is really easy to hold. It also has a strap so you don't drop it. STICKER! Perfect for scrapbooking, your photos are now stickers! SELF FLASH>>> Unlike the instax mini 8 and 70, the Snap has a self-adjusting flash. It turns off when you are in a very bright place. DON'T WAIT TO OPEN IT >>> The first polaroid snap that broke for me (won't close when turned off) as I read in the reviews. I was so sad that this happened to me, but I decided to try again. So I sent it back for another one. This works GREAT! Just don't wait more than 30 days to open it so Revain can return it to you... I've seen a lot of reviews where people said they didn't know about the return period. Make sure it works! Thanks for reading… Hope this helps!
