I have two fat 4" Radrover e-bike tires Installs screws in minutes and is very secure for my Topeak pannier bags.Topeak's pannier rack has a "QuickTrack" system for attaching Topeak bags, or you can use other brands that only have velcro straps.I noticed that Topeak panniers with the QuickTrack system can rattle a bit on rough roads as it's hard plastic set into a metal track.I also had to add Loctite to the post because it ran a little after riding for a while (use the bike for 14 mile commutes and off-road riding.) All in all, a great kickstand that's built to last for years of use.
