Called tech support to get an updated app to install the microphone in the app. "Support has made things much worse! Arlo sent an email. I replied and tried to send. Received reply that there is a problem with the server. and tries to fix it. Got the same message on Arlo Chime (which I got back). There were 2 problems: no microphone in the app and on the cameras. Also the cameras don't seem to be running on power, the battery is being charged and inserted as a backup NOW MY HUB IS NOT WORKING, I HAVE TO REMOVE ALL MY CAMERAS (MOUNTED ON THE BOLT POCKET), TAKE HOME AND BACK ON THE NON-WORKING BASIS SYNCHRONIZE! DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT. THE WAIT FOR SUPPORT WILL DRIVE ME CRAZY. THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE DOING. HOW OFTEN SHOULD WE SYNCHRONIZE IT. MY HUSBAND IS 80 AND YOU WANT TO BRING THE CAMERAS DOWN AND TO THE HUB AGAIN! : {
