With the demise of my Sennheiser cx 180, I decided to replace them with a new pair of orange headphones. Obviously, these Panasonics don't measure up to their caliber; they have a lower quality sound and are less dependable. But, the pricing points are different, therefore I suggest you go with this one. I'd pay up to $500 for that.
