I ordered this in preparation for a week long visit with my brother and his family which includes a 4 month old boy. My kids were growing up so I literally had nothing for a baby or baby so I needed a few things. I knew they couldn't swing, so I saw it and liked the overall look. They were easy to assemble and took 15 minutes total to prepare for baby. My nephew loved it from day one! In any case, he is an exceptionally happy/calm child and he sat perfectly content in this swing set (on a low level) for a long time. especially when Blues Clues was shown on TV before him! I know he doesn't get the show, but he just laughed and smiled the whole show. damn adorable! The swing has multiple settings and does not swing back and forth like a traditional swing. They swing back and forth, which I think is very clever. It is light but sturdy and well made. The safety belt is made of nylon and makes it easier to put on and take off the child. When not in use, it can be unfolded to lie almost flat and tucked under a sofa or bed. Big 2 thumbs up!
