The product feels good with the beautiful braided finish and metal tips, but actual use of the product has caused it to deteriorate. It worked fine for about a week before stopping unless I plugged it in a certain orientation. (What good is a reversible connection if it doesn't work unless it's plugged in a certain way?!) Then after another 2 weeks it stopped working completely unless I bent the end of the cable and left it there all night until I slept. This meant there were countless days where I woke up with my phone at <20% and there is no chance I would recommend this product to anyone until its quality has improved significantly.
