Review on UniFocus by Scott Kalinowski
Unifocus has helped us with multiple projects over the past few years.
They help take a complicated and confusing task and break it down into simple steps so we can easily understand how to get the job done. They take away all of the guesswork and allow us to focus on the tasks we want to complete. My only suggestion would be to streamline the whole setup and implementation process. In particular, I wish there was a better way to input the data when setting up an account. That may sound silly, but it is the one thing I had trouble doing because I didn’t realize it could be automated.
Pros
- Simple to implement - we needed to build out an email campaign, and after speaking with them we could figure out a plan on how to do this very quickly.
- Easy to integrate with existing processes - we built a pipeline to handle our lead qualification processes so we knew what data to pull from, etc...
Cons
- A little expensive - they charge $200 per month for each integration (in addition to a monthly fee)
- There isn't much documentation available for their platform
