This black lace veil is beautiful but please note there are no flowers on the top of the veil. It is a black veil to the fingertips. mounted on a metal comb. The edge of the comb is covered with several layers of tulle so you can't see it when wearing a veil. You put the comb through your hair to secure the veil on your head. It is made of very thin, soft tulle. A wide black braid is sewn along the bottom of the veil. It comes in 2 layers so you can layer one over your face if you like. This veil is beautiful and goes perfectly with my La Catrina Halloween costume. It is well made and the tulle is of high quality. However, I was surprised that there were no flowers attached to the veil as shown in the photos on the product page. But it's perfect and for the price I think it's a good deal.
