These coasters are exactly what I expected. They are no frills, cute or fancy. They won't decorate your coffee table, of course, but they work great. Unlike coasters made of wood, plastic, tile, or slate, which can be damaged by condensation dripping from cold glass and water running down the sides of the coaster, they don't. There is a small rim around the stand that keeps moisture inside the stand. The bottom of the cup or glass also does not stick to the coater. I would buy them again.
