The pajamas are very soft and I find them comfortable. He especially likes short sleeves with long trousers. On the other hand, his legs are handcuffed, which tend to move up when he sleeps. This may not be a problem for most people, but my husband is an elderly male and doesn't need a leg brace. They would make good lounge pajamas, but they wouldn't be the best for sleeping. Luckily, my husband is small enough that I could just take the cuffs off and hem the hem, which eliminated the problem.
