I've been trying to get used to this product for several nights but the numbers are too bright and disturbing my sleep. The bright white-blue numbers light up my whole room at night, bright enough that I can see the light from the hallway. There is no dimmer option. And as for light therapy, isn't blue light good for sleep? The sunrise feature is more like a bright light that turns on at full power 30 minutes before the alarm goes off, rather than a gradual tan. I shouldn't have expected more for the price but the downsides make it pointless to build an extra bedroom as the digital display is more like a night light and will disturb the sleep of everyone sleeping in the same room.
