So happy I bought this!
This is one of my favorite pieces. It definitely looks and feels 'real' and holds up well with regular use (although I don't shower with it or jewelry). It's bold enough for an outfit, it can be paired with other jewelry, but it's subtle enough for the office or casual social occasions. Silver stays shiny, just like the stones. Comes nicely packaged if you want to give it as a gift. She will love it, as will I.
