cartridge stops working properly after 7 weeks. When printing text, lines started skipping and the font was missing a fill. When inspecting the cartridge, ink leaked on one side next to one of the spring-loaded nozzles. I had to clean the printer where the cartridge is inserted with cotton swabs and alcohol. Most likely a defective cartridge. I will contact HP to see if they can send me a replacement cartridge as they are expensive. I would recommend that you check the cartridge a few days or weeks after installation to make sure the cartridge is sealed. The kids needed a working printer for school, so they rushed to Costco to pick up the 962XL. Works fine but I'll keep an eye out for new cartridges. The printer itself is one of the BEST inkjet printers I have ever had for everyday use. HP OfficeJet Pro HP9025 series. Love it!
