Great team, knowledgeable professionals that understand business goals well! They listen to your concerns & questions during consultation meetings which helps you better visualize results along with their recommendations for implementation plans (like tracking analytics). I don't think there's much of anything i disliked about them personally or professionally as they did some great work improving our search engine rankings in particular Google webmaster tools showing improvements across all key areas - keyword volume analysis reporting/keyword difficulty score etc.. I have been working with them for about 4 months now, they are very professional in their work but also easy to communicate/communicate ideas etc., we had some issues at first which took sometime resolving (and not being 100% sure of what was happening exactly) however it turned out good! They did take over our social media accounts after my co-founder left so that has helped us keep things going as well since he's no longer there!!
