Great workplace environment and team spirit
The whole experience of working in this organisation is very good, they are always looking at ways for us as employees/employer alike can benefit from each other's expertise or knowledge base which we all share between our teams within SABAMARKETS / TSS & HRM department - it has been great! It was not easy when I first started but now that my colleagues have come through there were times where i did feel like giving up because things just kept getting worse instead of better (as an employer).
However after speaking about some issues internally with people who actually know what needs doing then everything seemed clearer than ever before so no more problems since talking them out!!
Pros
- Everything really does make sense once something gets explained to you properly.even if its complicated sometimes too much information tends only confuse rather than clarify..I think thats why having meetings etc helps everyone get their head around anything confusingly written down somewhere else without needing further clarification elsewhere...in turn saves time wasted trying to work things thru again later..or even asking over someone elses shoulder how do u say these words?!
