This cream isn't as thick as other creams I'm used to, but it seems to help with rashes and dry, itchy skin. I was surprised at how small the container was when I received it, but you really only need to apply a very small amount for it to last. I have found that it needs to be reapplied frequently as it is not a thick cream. I have used it to treat my daughter's diaper rash and we have not had any negative reactions. The rash clears up fairly quickly with regular use! It has a strong, distinct (but not unpleasant) odor that may bother some, but I rather like it. Overall I'm very happy with this cream and I'm glad it contains all natural ingredients so it's safe to use on my baby's sensitive skin. If you're looking for a thick cream that lasts a long time and doesn't need to be repeated often, this may not be the right option for you.
