Perfect handy little blender

So first I want to mention that I got this blender as a replacement (not a gift, they didn't ask me to review either) after my first one, their old model, had broken. When this happened I was so disappointed because I really loved the space saving and portability of this device so I was very excited when they were so helpful in honoring the warranty they were offering. All I had to do was email the company (hotsch_customers@163.com in case anyone is looking for this information as I know I did when I threw the box away) about what happened , and they immediately offered to send me a replacement, my choice of old and new. Of course I went with the updated version since mine was broken. They have been very busy with their customer service and are actively working to improve their products. They give a guarantee on these, and that's 2 years! So I think one experience is enough to try if you're worried about longevity/longevity of the device. So overall the size of the entire rig, motor and container is about the same as my 24 oz. water bottle. I love that this new one also has a wrist strap in case I'm out and about with it. The USB-C port for charging is on the same tier as their older model, but I fix this by either charging after 4-5 mixes or just adjusting it so the plug area extends over the edge of a small platform (2nd floor). cutting boards) hangs ). or something else). In fact, this did not cause much inconvenience, since it works without a network connection. In terms of blending, it's on par with the previous model if you had one, which for me was pretty close to the performance of my Ninja Bullet blender. or a personal delivery option. The good thing is that unlike my ninja, if something gets stuck because I'm always trying to put too many frozen things in it at once, I can shake it a little or turn it over for a second to free it. With ninjas, I always have to open them up and use a spoon or add more liquid. I add my freezes in two steps so I don't overwhelm them. I will also say that I didn't follow your instructions on turning the blender upside down the first time and it really helps with blending. It's not for people who want to mix ice-cold drinks or very thick cocktails. You can make a pretty thick smoothie out of it, but it's not really made for that. It is ideal for light smoothies and protein shakes. If you have to do heavy work with a blender, make a big one for it. It's just for little things that seem obvious to me, so I can't really snap it to this one as it's not made for that. Cleaning this thing is so easy. The whole thing practically breaks down into three parts: the open cylinder that forms the jar, the lid and the base with the motor. I would like the motor part to be removable for washing, but I just wash it thoroughly without getting the whole machine wet. The included small cleaning brush is great for cleaning the blades and bottom edge. The sealing ring is removable for more thorough cleaning. In short, buy this. It's so handy and convenient, and does a great job of mixing shakes and thinner smoothies. And they really stand behind their products, honoring their warranty and providing great customer service.
