It wasn't quite what I expected but then again I wasn't sure what to expect. This is a Vaseline-type oily lip balm with a firm applicator. Press the tip down to apply the product. The texture is odd - it absorbs quickly but so spreads on the lips. Disgusting! Within minutes of sinking in, my lips looked and felt phenomenal. Nothing. So I'm not exactly sure how long you need to use this product to get results. So far I haven't seen much improvement from using it. I think for the price I was expecting a miracle: (I will also mention (although this is irrelevant to my star rating) that straight from the manufacturer the box of my lip product started falling apart and I had to reassemble it before using it to be honest I doubt I'll buy it again, it's a good product but not good enough to justify the price.
