I like that as an admin of our company it's so easy for me to check up in real time how my employees are being treated by other employees or customers.
It also gives me access to reports which tell me whether we are making good progress towards achieving goals set out for us. The tool doesn't have enough integrations into third party applications such as Salesforce yet; however this is something they're working hard at improving - perhaps even adding custom ones? We've been able to tackle problems before they become too large with this system and have improved customer service overall - if they have issues contacting us, then there'll soon be a message waiting for them from another member of staff who knows what needs doing to solve things quickly.
