I bought a pair of 11mm cool white headlights to see if they would work as daytime running lights and/or auxiliary lights on a classic car I'm restoring. The goal was to find something very understated, so as not to detract from the classic look, but still bright enough to draw attention. They meet all requirements. It appears to be a well-made piece, although I've only had them for a few days and they're bright enough to hurt my eyes. Even in daylight, they're bright enough to grab your attention. The front flange is thin and slightly rounded giving it a finished look, and the two lock nuts thread in smoothly. I plan to use a drop of Loctite on assembly so nothing falls off from vibration. I was so happy with them that I ordered red and yellow drops to use for hid brake lights and turn signals.
