I bought this as a last minute birhtday present for my grandma who also complains how cold it is. I found this while browsing Walmart and thought i'd give it a try. She calls me back almost everyday to tell me how much she loves it and brings it everywhere she goes.The hand warmer gets quite warm on 3 different settings. I got her an external power bank (sold seperately) to power the pouch and she uses the additional port on the power bank to charge her phone and store it in the pouch.Highly recommend for your (or a friend) that is cold!
