UPDATE 09/08/21 I just received the email below and I am pissed to learn that the company will ask me to remove my honest review of their substandard product in order to mislead customers. It has been 3 months since my purchase and the company has no interest in solving problems with this product: the colors on my outdoor cushions discolored and had to be replaced, my boobs were very hot at 7:30 in the morning with 75 degrees even after they have been frozen. At night they are not made of cooling fabric, they let the water through in huge puddles. My boobs were hotter because the vests are made of a thick fabric similar to a life jacket but are mesh, but there is a cooling effect when you stuff wet washcloths in and try to keep your dog cool on a 90 day day keep. I returned them 3 months ago for a full refund. Company Email: We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with our shop on Revain. We have already switched to another manufacturer to provide better quality and service according to your feedback. We are a very small company that relies on feedback from our dear customers like you. We cannot survive without your help. We are very sorry that the quality of the product caused you problems. I hope you can accept my sincerity. Can you help me with the update? The company email is not about my specific product or problems, but that they already have a new manufacturer. Obviously this is not true as the same vests are still being sold. In exchange for deleting my review to help them, I get a refund, although it's not clearly stated. Just FYI so you know which company you are buying from. ORIGINAL REVIEW: These are good vests if all you need is a wet dog vest. If you want to keep your dog cool, buy a different type. It is said to have a special mesh that prevents evaporation of water and cools the skin of dogs. These are just layers of mesh and regular fabric, no special coolant. I even put them in the fridge overnight and they didn't chill my boobs at 7:30 in the morning when it's 75 degrees. When I put my hand under the vest, her skin was warm but damp. Also, even after spinning, water leaked out everywhere. I've even tried using them when they weren't active, just sitting outside, but it's just not the right stuff. Dogs don't sweat, so they need something to keep them warm. Unfortunately I have to go back. Also, the vivid colors bleed everywhere after getting wet. So they ruined my outdoor cushions. They fit well, had good zips and were sturdy but didn't live up to what was advertised.
