I like how easy it is for our users to navigate around the site as well as customize their experience through modules such as My Profile or Groups & Teams. The platform can be updated at any time which makes training more complex than necessary (and not always successful). It's important to have an understanding of all aspects of this tool before implementation - there are many features available within each module so you must determine what will best suit your needs/organization prior to purchase. This solution has helped us centralize information about who uses our application and where people typically go when looking up certain content.
