I bought this tablet as a portable way to write basic documents using Word or Scrivener and maybe surf the web. The screen is excellent. And you can add a microSD card to expand the onboard storage if needed. Switching from "S Modeโ from Windows 10 to the actual "Windows Homeโ is also very easy. This allows you to install almost any Windows app you can download (I found one app - the open source ZSNES emulator - that didn't get installed because they recognize the OS differently). You can easily pair your Bluetooth mouse and keyboard with your tablet, giving you a Windows 10 device that's more portable than a laptop. You also sign in with a PIN, and if you have a Microsoft Office subscription, you can share files through One Drive. You can also install DropBox or any other cloud service of your choice. The tablet itself has a micro USB port and a standard USB port, as well as a headphone jack and a proprietary connector. What annoys me the most is that I CANNOT charge it with the micro USB port. In terms of performance, remember this is a BUDGET tablet. With only 4GB of RAM and a very basic processor, I can surf the web with the Chrome browser, but it's much slower than a fast desktop or even my $240 Android tablet. The tablet is fast enough to type, edit and maybe play some old games (like those from Grand Old Games). When I draw on a tablet it seems to be responsive until I do nothing else with the tablet. You can also easily install Netflix and watch streaming videos. Overall, I think this is a good tablet if you just want an inexpensive tablet to use for your favorite Windows apps, as long as you're realistic about your performance expectations.
